    G'day all

I am a new vaper after a friend of mine has got me into it to give up the smokes which I want to do so much.

He has given me a heap of stuff to get started

So what my question is (as I have been reading now for three days and am confused or should I say not sure!

He has given me a 115ml bottle of 24mg health cabin 50%pg 50%vg and a few flavours to try but I have know idea how to mix it correctly even after three nights of reading i still don't understand it yet

I think he explained to me if I use 15ml in a 30ml bottle he gave me and 15ml of flavour I have a 12mg nic and a nice flavour, but from what I have been reading it seems like that is to much flavour? Is it?

Can some one give me a bit of an idea how to mix this up.

I have some vaping mad toucan, granny's grumble and some health cabin bubble gum, would like to make a batch of each at 12mg to try as I have been using a mix he made for me with the grumble for the last 3 days and I'm going ok with it no smokes in three days best I done in 20 years!!

So any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    Hi .comry

If you have 15ml 50/50 of no nic juice in a 30ml bottle and you add 15ml of your 24mg 50/50 nic you now have 30ml 50/50 of 12mg juice. Hope that helps.
    Is the HC juice 0nic?

Just do exactly what your mate said, the flavour he gave you must be a doubler and you might be getting confused with doublers and flavor concentrates(two different things). If that's the case the calculator will just confuse you and is not really necessary if you're using doublers and want to vape 12mg juice.

Thanks all for the quick replies.

Ok I have just checked the bottles and the vaping mad bottles are 50/50 doubler but the health cabin just says bubble gum?

So mixing the health cabin 24mg 50%pg 50%vg 15ml and 15ml vaping mad granny's grumble is correct.

Will do some more reading about the health cabin stuff to see if I can find out if it is a doubler or not

    Thanks again for the replies

going by what you said there, if you mixed both of those it would give you

    30mls of 12mg Granny's grumble.
Shake the shit out of the bottle after mixing for a good min, then little steep time might be in order.

Well ok all I have another question

If I had 100mg 100%pg nic and a 50pg/50vg singler and removed 5ml from the singler bottle and put 5ml 100mg 100% pg nic into the singler bottle, what have I got?

Have I got the right pg/vg mix? And would the nic be above 12mg?

I would like to try and mix the easy way and just remove some flavour out of a singler 50/50 and add nic to make my juice

So if some one could suggest the best amounts to get the following: or a formula to do the below

    6mg nic
    12mg nic
    18mg nic

    Thanks

5ml single flavour and 5ml of 100mg will give you 10ml of weak singler at 50mg strength...very high nic mg per ml (way too high)
100mg/ml juice is good for singlers but best left until things make perfect sense and you have your calculations down pat. Far safer that way.

If you want easy and can afford it, buying doublers locally and nic liquid (from O/S) double the strength you want is an easy option.
Easiest is buy from over seas so it's mixed to your chosen pg/vg ratio and nic strength already, not exactly the cheap option though.

I would say ask your mate to come back and help you run through it again.

What I was trying to say in the OP was

25ml singler and 5 ml nic

What the final nic would be

    Not 5ml 5ml

    16.7mg/ml

5ml @ 100mg/ml is 500mg of nicotine. You have 30ml of fluid in total. 500/30=16.7mg/ml

So just to make sure my maths is correct
I took 3ml out of a 30ml singler and added 3 ml 100mg nic to it

So the maths 300/27=11.1111111 nic is this correct?

If so I have learnt something

    Almost there ;)

    3ml x 100mg/ml = 300mg
You had 27ml singler left PLUS the 3ml you added of nic juice to make 30ml in total
    300mg/30ml=10mg/ml

Even if you use one of the calculators, it's worthwhile doing the double check of nic strength.
