Doubler/tripler question DYI

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with a noob mixing question.

I have purchased 36mg VG and 36mg PG unflavoured juice.
I'm aiming to make something like 12mg strength 50/50 tobacco flavoured mix, so would this work?

10ml 36 PG + 10ml 36 VG + 10ml Doubler (like this HRY - 5.1 | House of Vape) and then dissolve it with a 15ml 50/50 PG/VG blend to get the strength desired?

No. A doubler means double strength flavour so you need your final mix to be 50% flavour.

Say you want to mix 30ml of 12mg:
15ml of doubler
10ml of the 36mg/ml nic
5ml of either PG or VG depending on your desired PG/VG ratio.

 

Double check:

10ml of 36mg/ml = 360mg of nicotine. 15+5+10=30ml total fluid. 360mg/30ml=12mg/ml

 

I would think about it a little differently

Firstly you have 36mg nic so to get 12mg then 1/3 of your mix will need to be nic
So for example if you are making 60ml of Eliquid 20ml will need to be nic (50/50)

Secondly a doubler is 2x strength (what ratio is it - hopefully it is 50/50)
So 30mls will be doubler

So you are left with 10ml to mix (50/50)

I do however already have 100% PG and 100% VG nic, both 36mg strength, so how would that affect the ratios?

 

Using my example, use 5ml PG nic and 5ml VG nic to make the 10ml 36mg/ml 50/50 nic (or for XX example, 10 + 10)

 

Lol I only went for 60ml be.comse of the 30ml doublers

 

I know, but he will probably only have 30ml bottles Mind, if I'm mixing from doublers I mix the lot in one hit
