New DIYer, juices too nice...

Hi Everyone...

I bought a pile of flavours from juice factory recently and mixed up my first 3 juices. my recipes went kinda like (kinda, as near enough being close enough)

2% RY4, 1% Bavarian Cream, .5% Vanilla
2% Blackfire, 1% Cherry, .5% Blueberry
2% B&H, 1% Rum, .5% Butterscotch

All mixes at 70/30 pg/vg...

Every single one of them tastes much better than anything I've bought from a juice shop,(according to my taste anyway).

Yup, all super concentrates.

I was worried that these juice 'artisans' might know something that I can't figure out. I was raving at the Missus how surprised I am that it is so easy to make great tasting juices. She said she wasn't surprised at all, considering that I cook really well. It's kind of obvious not to mix chocolate with watermelon and mint when you are cooking, so I won't do it when making juices. My theory is choose complimentary flavours and mix them in according ratios.

And I invented a little wedge that stops your doors slamming in the wind recently, too...

Yes, there is no secret to mixing good tasting juice other than to use good quality base liquids

 

I've seen people selling juice packs be.comse, they say, they can't make good juice. The flavours appeared to be a very random selection though... like one of those drunken dare smoothies where everything in the top shelf of the fridge must go in the blender.
