Chefs Choice Extract Flavors ?

    Hi everyone was hoping to get some help in finding out if Chefs Choice Extract Flavors are safe to use
    they are made in USA
    Right now i have 3 of them Pure Chocolate , Natural Blackberry , Special Blend Coffee Flavor

    The 3 things i know to look out for are not in these flavors

    Diacetyl , Sugar , Oils

    my brother uses these in cooking sometimes, when doing a function. they make super concentrates look like doublers

    Those are extracts not flavour concentrates

    Interesting.. just looking at the natural blackberry ingredients:

    Propylene Glycol, Blackberry Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavours, Water

    Looks good?

    Has anybody tried these? I've tried the natural extract found in the baking section at Coles. Seems OK to me. Same sort of ingredients (Glycerine, natural flavour, water). Surely if you can eat it, you should be able to smoke it (if it's in liquid form anyway).
