Were these opened by customs do you think?

Hi. If customs open things here or in the USA they stick a notice on them , right? I ask be.comse my last ( first) order of concentrates all of the tamper-show lids were half off upon arrival, and they leaked everywhere. No stickers or anything stating they were opened or tested. The vendor has ignored that part of my complaint. Not a huge volume loss but everything is covered with strong aromas and half of the labels are illegible.

 

Where'd they come from mate ?

 

From MyFreedomSmokes , USA. I queried if the lids were on in the first place, they have not responded to that part of my ticket. The other part was about a couple of wrong items sent in the order. I decided to open the the support ticket 1 am 1st sept. No definate response as yet. They said they were referring it to a manager. No news so far.
I thought they may say it was all customs re the leaking.

 

Customs will put a sticker stating that the package has been opened and inspected in the usa and here so i would say the guy in the shop forgot to tighten the lids

 

Thanks for that. That is what I thought. Also, I thought the nic would have been opened if anything, but it was not.

 

Yup...man in a hurry....customs will always leave a note...reason I askedais a vendor here has had past issues with decanting into small bottles and having leak issues. ..yr sorted, happy days...

 

I have just got my order from mfs took 3 days
1 litre of 100 mg arrived taped lid in a snap loc bag box does not appear to have been opened here at customs.
My thoughts are it's a long way from USA to here and lids can come loose they package in plastic not glass for overseas shipments so they are trying how many people have thrown that package from them to us ?
How much you have lost I'm not sure but we in.com are only a small market and they could easily say it's too hard no more to.com

Just had reply from MFS and they have given me a private discount code to use for next order and posted out the missing items. Very nice of them. I will have to make an order to get nic to freeze I think.

 

Cheaper tamper evident can pop off (and break the T/E ring) if the contents expands enough. This happened to an aroma-therapist friend of mine; a number of bottles in a water bath popped their lids. Note that she was using glass bottles so the only thing able to give were the T/E lids (and she has since replaced the .comlty hot plate).
