i been 40 year winnie blue smoker

i bought some winnie blue doubler from suppleir in caringhbah Sydney store

my question is should i mix it at 12mg nicotine as well? also has anyone tried this e-juice and is it similar taste?

Smoked Winnie Blue myself and I use 18mg for my juice.

 

12mg is a good place to start see how it gose for you.... start with a small amoument....have you mixed befor ??

presonly i dont like the tast of tobaco think it's vile.....but that's my tast bud's

 

If you were "a-pack-a-day" smoker I would recommend starting at 24mg.

The mg/ml of e-liquid liquid is unrelated to

"12mg of tar or less" that were on cigarettes.

Each cigarette delivers around 1mg of nicotine to the blood stream. So 25mg from a pack.

E-liquid delivers about 1mg of nicotine for every 2mgs vapes, about half.

To get the same daily dose of nicotine as a pack of cigarettes, you should vape around 2ml of e-liquid liquid per day..........

 

I never mixed before first time and for 30ml bottle

15ml of the doubler
6.5mll nicotine it was 50/50 36mg
4ml VG
4ml PG

trying it at 8mg first

have the tops open and in hot tap water in small container and after shaking for 2 minutes i sat the bottle in there without there lids
so I will taste tomorrow

A winnie blue is about 1mg nic per cig. (most reds are 1.3mg, golds about 0.8mg, lights 0.6mg etc)
Thing of how many of them a day you had, how much juice per day you vape, and calulate it from that

eg 25 cigs a day is 25mg nic a day. If you vape 1ml a day, then vape it at 24mg/ml nic strength.
2ml a day, try 12mg/ml strength etc

 

Around 8mg 75PG25VG (assuming doubler is PG). Might be a bit light on for throat hit? Try it though.
