DIY experience needed

Fellow vapers, I have some questions, or rather a general area I need help with.

You see, I've been DIYing a bit, mainly .comse I'm a povo uni student and can't really get much else - got some mt baker vanilla custard, 1 day steep, tastes ratty (anyone know how long till good?) - so DIY is the only real option for me.
What I have: several concentrates - chocolates, coffees and tobaccos, sufficient VG/PG for experimentation and some nicotine juice.
I've been saving for a while now so what I want to do is a bit of a splurge at juicefactory so I can get a decent freakin' vape.
What I'd like to know is, firstly, any recommended concentrates (fruits, tobaccos, whatever is nice) and more importantly, which of the various additives they have that would really improve the vape?
That, and some general tips, would have me extremely grateful.

What is one mans bobba's bounty is anothers arse juice. Why not get some that sound good to you?

Adding a little EM (0.5 - 1%) will improve many mixes as well as steeping for longer. I usually aim for at least a week.

TPA / TFA Ethyl Maltol Crystals (EM) - Juice Factory

Dilute the EM crystals to 10% solution in PG and add maybe 1 drop per ml.

Get some Capella Vanilla Custard or French Vanilla. Most people enjoy it. I think
