Fresh Nicholas seems rather strong

I have some fresh RTS 100mg nicholas and have been mixing using the ejuice calculator(latest version) at 18mg,the thing i am finding though is it seems quite a lot stronger than what i have vaped at 18 store bought "brand names" juice,would this be be.comse i have just mixed it into a juice or could i have possibly got a slightly stronger batch of 100mg.any thoughts,insights or suggestions would be most helpful,until then i am going to try mixing at 15mg on the next batch.

 

I just got some rts too and it's peppery as.... did you go 100% vg? maybe they gave us a bad batch....

 

No i got 100% PG it is clear and odourless.

 

My vg is actually a bit brown this time, dunno what that means, but it's adding hectic throat hit and pepperiness to my vapes...

 

Lucky you,I usually chain vape 18mg but this stuff blows me away after two vapes at that strength to the point i get a a slight sweat on my forehead if i have another vape in the next couple of minutes.I think it maybe be.comse it has just been mixed,will let it sit for a few days and se if it gets weaker.

 

it could be that the premixed stuff you were getting wasn't really 18mg. rts is supposed to be pretty good with the levels in their stuff. what you could try doing is mix some more of the same juice with no nic, then just add it little bit by little bit to your 18mg stuff until it's to a level you like.

 

I think your right mate,so far tonight i have mixed it down to 11.65 and it is getting close too what i have been vaping.and too think i was quite confident i could vape at 20mg just too make the math a little easier.hehehe boy was i mistaken i dont think my liver could survive 30ml at 20mg.

 

You sound like your getting a "purer" base, and your mixing it down in the end you'll find your sweet spot, we all go about it in different ways but the final out come is the same, now back to my chocolate fudge,,,,

 

using 100mg/ml makes it pretty easy to mix whatever level you want. you just need to put it in at one tenth. so if you want 18mg/ml, just mix 1.8ml nic per 10ml of juice. if you want 12mg/ml, just mix 1.2ml of nic per 10 m/l of juice. I'm currently vaping at 10mg/ml, so whatever amount i'm mixing, it's all just lots of 9ml of flavouring and pg/vg to 1ml of 100mg/ml of unflavoured nic. if i'm mixing 30ml of juice I put in 3ml of 100mg/ml nic and top up the 30ml bottle with doubler and pg and vg.

 

Simply put, if you put 1% of 100mg ml nic, it's 1mg, if you put 10% it's 10mg... etc

 

Thanks guys,mixing is quite straight forward,I am just going to mix at 11mg (even that seems stronger than the 18nickoticket,18MBV and 18GVC i have been vaping) for now until the other Nic i ordered arrives from other companys and try a mix of that at 18mg and that should tell me if it's just this batch(or it could be my system) or maybe it needs too sit for a while before i vape it.

anyway no big deal looks like it will go twice as far as i have anticipated.Bring on the apocalypse..hehehe...
