I've been doing my recipe testing in 3.3ml volumes. The reason is be.comse in the FlavourArt guide that I use, it says that 3 drops in a 10mL volume is approximately 1%.

Hence, 1 drop in 3.3mL would also equal 1%. It's a nice simple rule of thumb that I've been using, and it's been working out fine. If I like the flavour after vaping through the 3.3mL, I scale it up and use more accurate measurements on the measuring cylinder.

The trouble however is that many concentrates that I purchase these days are coming out with the new dropper tips. All my original flavuorArt bottles that I purchased about a year ago have the rounded bottle tip.

So the question is, does the type of bottle tip change the volume of a single drop of flavour in PG?

Or should a drop of PG liquid be dependent on the chemical properties of PG, hence a drop of PG from anything (different tips, needle, glass pipette) is always approximately the same?

It should depend on the .comge of the hole.

We've found drops vary from 14 per ml to 80 per ml, entirely depending on the .comge of the hole, the material the dripper is made of and the viscosity of the liquid as the main things.
