fifthflo, this juice calculator is probably the easiest and simplest to use. Far less complicated than ejuice me up at first glimpse.

    Filbert's Vaping Toolkit

It is set out well and easy to understand, and only has the info you need.

You will only have to put the same info into it as what you have done in this thread.

Ignore the drops, and just follow the ml's.

So if I were to make 30ml - 15ml pg nic, 10ml/12.5ml 70/30 pg/vg doubler, 5ml/2.5ml vg? What will my end ratios be? If it tastes weak ill just add more doubler lol.

Thanks guys its very much appreciated!!!

The 100mg nic bit just clicked in my oh so not mathematical mind - I put a fifth of what I'd put in if I were making the mix with 36mg nic. So that leaves 4/5. If I'm using doublers that takes up 2.5/5 so I have 1.5/5 which requires pg or vg.

Lightbulb goes on! Ill figure out triplers tomorrow.

    i .. dunno ... what ... that ... means...

ratios of VG and PG ?

heres the problem .. quantitys are in ml .. strengths are in mg/ml

I cant tell the strengths from the qtys ..

    stab in the dark..

    thats 10ml of 12.5mg/ml ?
    for VG calcs .. then its 10ml * 0.3 = 3ml vg

    thats 5ml of 2.5mg/ml VG nic ?

for VG calcs thats 5ml VG

so you end up with 8ml VG in your final 30ml

ratio is 26% VG and 74% PG

nic is unknown .. strength is not listed for ..

    / = or

    Capiche?

    Ie

    15ml nic 100%pg

    Remaining 15ml comprised of doubler (70:30 pg:vg) - 10ml OR 12.5ml??
    And VG 2.5ml OR 5ml??

Old mate said to lower the doubler rather than the nic to get 80:20 pg:vg I'm asking how much vg to add...

Just realized my error in the above post - it's 100mg nic 100%pg

I've got it all worked out by myself now!!! Easy way I did it was to work on the basis of creating 100mls - 18ml nic + 50ml doubler + 32ml VG. So three tenths of that will fill a 30ml bottle.

Took a while to get there but I did it!!! Ill work out pg:vg ratios tomorrow. That's enough thinking for today!!!

Yup ... which is why 100mg/ml nic is the (2nd) easiest to use (after 36mg/ml nic with doubler)

Cool cool now I have a slight problem, I ordered 1litre of 100%pg 36mg and I have bulk doubler at 70:30 pg:vg. SO in order to make juice that is 80:20 or 70:30 old mate a few posts before said to lessen the doubler rather than the nic, and add vg SO what measurements of doubler and vg do I add to 18ml nic to make 100ml of 80:20 or 70:30 final product?

Personally I don't think I'd notice much difference if I lowered my nic to 15mg and added 3ml vg ill just vape more. But I still don't know what the end pg:vg ratio would be....

I hope I'm being clear enough, I understand it in my own head lol

ummm ... let see. 100%pg 36mg/ml nic and 70/30 doubler.
    mix say 10ml = 5ml pg from nic, 3.5ml pg from doubler and 1.5vg from doubler = 8.5ml pg and 1.5ml vg = 85/15 pg/vg
    to get 80/20, you'd need to use 4.5ml nic + 5ml doubler + .5ml unflavoured vg = 4.5ml pg from nic, 3.5ml pg from doubler, 1.5ml vg from doubler and .5ml unflavoured vg = 8ml pg and 2ml vg = 80/20 pg/vg. your total nic in 10ml would be 4.5 time 36 = 162mg or 16.2mg/ml

    clear as mud?

Without following your calcs, it sounds about right.

I think the easiest thing to do would be make up 16mg by doing this -

    13.5ml 36mg nic + 1.5ml vg + 15ml doubler

That gives you an 80/20 ratio

yeah, I was just trying to show some maths, cos once you "get" the maths, you never need to ask again. just being told mix this much and that much helps for this time, but what about next time? :)

The format in which you wrote that confused me.....if you wrote it line by line like
    2
    -2
    =0

Then I'd likely get it, I know it probably sounds ridiculous, it's just my brain + maths = confusion. If I'm left to myself I can EVENTUALLY work it out on paper. So thankful I don't have trouble with words, poor dyslexics :(

CCC you could write a KISS book, better yet vaping for dummies! You have a knack for simplifying what appear to be complex problems!

    I GOT IT!!!!! Woohoo!

One question, you specified 'unflavoured' VG - that's just normal vg from the pharmacy right? Ie by unflavoured you mean vg that isn't in a doubler or nic?

Thanks so much for taking the time to type that out!!!

Ok im having a mind block, cant concentrate on my concentrates.......

I have 10ml pg concentrate, it says to mix at 10-15%. I want to go 15%.

So if 10mlpg = 15% of my mixture, how much do I need to add of the following to achieve .....ml of 20mg 70:30 pg:vg

    100mg pg nic:......
    PG:......
    VG:......

please fill in the gaps for me so I can make a new mix tonight :)

10-15% of your concentrate is 1-1.5ml

Oh really? Last time I worked with a concentrate (diff brand) it said to mix 15-25% and I cant remember how many ml it was 5 or 10 but i did the math and made vapeable juice by chucking all the concentrate in.....wasnt overly strong at all.

This particular concentrate im using tonight is from eciglife. it was only $4 I think. Thats awfully cheap if a 10ml bottle yields so much in comparison to a doubler or tripler.

With concentrates you also need to add PG &/or VG, usually both & yes concentrates are usually cheaper than doublers be.comse you are not paying for someone else to mix up the doubler & their time/expertise.

If you have 36mg/ml 100%PG unflavored nic & want a 70/30 juice @ 18mg/ml, with your concentrate, then you need to mix these quantities:
    50% nic
    15% concentrate
    5% PG
    30% VG

So to make it easy lets look at a 10ml juice:
    50% = 5ml
    15% =1.5ml
    5% = 0.5ml
    30% =3ml
    total = 10ml
    For a 30ml juice you just multiple the above by 3 so eg. 5ml x 3 =15ml.
