Mixing Calculation Stuff Up

So........................ I was casually mixing away just before and when I finished up, I realised I had mixed up a 110ml of 12mg, not the 24mg I was wanting to make.

Stupid me not thinking when dialling in the calculator... So the dilemma that I have is I have mixed 37ml (PG/VG 36MG Nic - 33.6%) with 73ml (PG/VG 0MG Nic - 66.4%) to create 110ml @12MG, I need to get it up 24MG, would I be correct in just doubling the amount of 36MG base ? IE: Simply adding a further 37ml of 36MG base to bring my 110ml @ 12MG up to 147ml @ 24MG ?

Little confusing, but I figure someone out there has done the same and can tell me if I have the right idea as a means of fixing it!

The simple answer is no, that would make 18mg/ml.

You need to add 110ml of 36mg/ml to 110ml of 12mg/ml to make 220ml of 24mg/ml.

Alrighty! thanks KamKaZzie - I did look for a calculator that would help me do the sums, but the ones I were using were telling me to subtract 0MG PG/VG,... that just confused me even more!! hahaha - I will DL and check that one out.

 

When you run it, look at the Tools tab, there is an option there for "Nic Combine"
