Help please I cannot figure it out

I have 100mls no flavour VG HC (was supposed to be 36mg) But my testing has proved it is only 30mg/ml
I want to add no flavour RTS 95mg/ml so i end up with 48mg as a final nic level
How many mls of the RTS do I have to add to the 100mls of HC

According to some quick mental maths if you add 70 ml of the 95 you should end up with 48.5 end product
Mind you I'd like a second op

 

38ml of 95mg/ml + 100ml of 30mg/ml = total of 138ml of 47.9mg/ml

or

39ml of 95mg/ml + 100ml of 30mg/ml = total of 139ml of 48.24mg/ml
