Qantas, Jetstar join US carriers ban lithium-ion batteries

Dunno about the link to MH370.... as far as we all know batteries did not bring that plane down, but we obviously don't know they didn't

 

They're unclear about what exactly they're not gonna be carrying. They say lithium-ion batteries but they don't specific state devices with inbuilt batteries like iPhones and iPads. Qantas has the contract with startrack express to fly their cargo, startrack have the delivery contracts for Telstra and Optus. Somehow I don't see qantas cancelling that contract.
