it happens. usually requires a msds or clarification of the shipment contents. send them an email with the message from fedex

Not their comlt. They ship this stuff all the time. it will be a problem with fedex. you 'could' get this problem with any liquid shipment.

Had a few dramas with stuff from FedEx into Perth. I won't risk it any more. The last lot of Bobas Bounty I got, they returned to the US.

DHL is fine though, just got some juice in today that I declared as eLiquid. I think the more you or the shipper try and obfuscate what it really is the more issues you will have.

If there was anything relating to e-cig on the invoice the issue they will have is whether they should be taxing it as a tobacco product as they see word "cigarette" and assume tobacco. I reckon that will be what is happening in your case, and you just need to tell them that it is a solution of PG & Nic for use in a personal vapouriser.
