EOI melbourne vaper con

think this might be the right place for this just putting it out there.

i know we have a lot of online venders but how menny of them are melbourne based ?
how menny would be instred in attending an event.

how menny vapers would be instred in going. ??
how far out side of melbourne CBD would people be willing to travle. (the cost of venue hire will be cheaper the further out the event was held )

would venders pay to have a stall to help cover the cost of the venue ??
would cumsurmers pay an entrey fee to help cover the cost of the venue ??

is there instrest in an event like this what would people want it to look like ??

But seriously. This is the sort of thing that just needs to be set up. Your never going to make everyone happy, so I'd suggest getting a few ideas and then just going for it.

 

I would not mind one in southern location like around frankston [I am in seaford] Yourself is close by and Burdy is close by just to name a few off my head.
Problem is i would only have a 50% to make it as i work the other 50% of days being weekends or week days.
Wouldn't it be good to actually have a party rather than a meet with music and booze.

Annnnyway. I think a meet would be a good idea first, before jumping into a massive event like vaper-con. Then we can at least get to know people face to face and socialise away from the keyboard a bit more.

vape meet been there done that lol..last time i was abile to offer my house for a meet this time i will be unable to do that.

befor xmess last year i found a place that was open to vapers in chelsea right near the train station. but i was unabile to puss ahead with it family life just got way out of hand (who would of throught taking on 4 forster kids would keep me bussy)

but now i got a bit more time on my hand's so i figger why not try and get the ball rolling,

a vape con rily need's venders so how menny do we have that would be instred ?

and in the mean time if people are instred in a minny meet i can cheack with that place again. but there avabuility would only be a friday 6PM till 9pm.

anther idear it's the right time of year we could orgzine a big BBQ in a park some where ??
