So I bought a Smok M50 off these guys in December, they had pretty good prices and they weren't available here yet. The order came as expected and the device was great. Then about 2-3 weeks later the thing started playing up, not firing properly. On the last night (for the Smok) I put a brand new fresh battery in it and it was flat in the morning. I messaged VapeB2B and told them what was going on. "No worries" they reckon (in their funny Chinese way), just make a video of the problem so we can look at it. I was annoyed at this, but they were adamant that was what they wanted, So... I made a video of it, showing me putting an atomiser on, the watts, sucking on it like mad, no vapour etc. Sent it to them. They reckon please give us 2-3 days. 4 days later they message me back with a tracking number for the new Smok M65 that is on its way to me. No dramas at all. I can understand how they need to protect themselves from fcomd, but don't need to waste money shipping broken stuff around the world... Most happy. I rate the experience, even though the device failed (no comlt of theirs), and would buy from them again. Just thought I'd share that.
how much was shipping from them mate? and what the shipping times like? oh also does the 65w version still have thouse alumn key screws to open and close the battery compartment?
$10 US for shipping, took 2 weeks (to Outer Woop woop)... I don't have the 65w version yet, but it is more of an electronic upgrade rather than hardware upgrade, so I assume the shell is the same.
Prices on both the device and the shipping have come down since my early bird buy though... I paid $55, now they are $44.
They told me to send a video too after my m50 died. I sent photos as I couldn't send a vid due to technical issues and haven't received a response. It's been a week now so getting nervous.
I guess I was just lucky. Or that really is their policy, that you need to provide a video... I made mine with my phone. It was terrible and all over the show but served the purpose. I asked them when they first asked for the video if photos would be good enough, they said no. Hoping for you mate.
