Are you sure that you want to suck the cheapest and fastest available liquid into your lungs? You can get good quality stuff at a cost that is a fraction of what it costs to smoke. Fast but not cheap would be soulblu.co.nz. Cheap and not so fast would be mtbakervapor.com, yaeliq.com or healthcabin.com. Good luck. The overseas, non nz ones are going to take 10 days with cheapish postage but they have more expensive faster methods available. You can expect to pay half or more the cost of your parcel in postage. There's no way around that, as far as I know.

Cheapest, fastest and best don't necessarily go together !

It's a little hard to put all the info you need in one post, but here is some food for thought to start.

We've all been there - just starting out, whole new language to learn, anxious about getting off the smokes.....

If you're in a hurry, there are a couple of companies that can ship premixed juice to you quite quickly from NZ. Personally never tried them, but give Soulblu a look.

Further afield, there is options from the US, Israel, Europe and of course China. In no particular order, and I've not tried all of them: Yaeliq in Israel. Mtbakervapor in the US, and Healthcabin in China. Shipping will take a couple of weeks unless you stump up for premium freight.

You'll probably get as many different suggestions as there are members. But you'll need to decide if you want to go purely ready to vape, or if you are prepared for a little mixing, by sourcing unflavoured nicotine, and mixing with locally sourced flavour "doublers" or go the whole hog and DIY - make your own from flavour concentrates.

You could also get unflavoured base with 100mg/ml nic, and add it in the required % to zero nic flavoured juice - it will be a little under flavoured, but several members do this also.

If you go the doubler or DIY route, then sourcing unflavoured nicotine base liquid from healthcabin in China, Myfreedomsmokes or rtsvapes in the US. There is a little learning curve for these, but we've all done it, so ask questions
