I'm a bit conflicted with articles like this. As much as I don't like false anti-vaping propaganda, this article feels misguided, and well, wrong, with very little to no evidence backing up some of it's claims.

As vapers, we need to be careful about describing vaping as "healthy". There is a difference between something being "healthy" and something being a "better alternative". Diet drinks are a better alternative to soft drinks full of sugar, but that doesn't make them "healthy". Ideally, we shouldn't consume either. One is (potentially) the lesser of 2 evils though, if we choose to go down that path.

    The article states:

"Moreover any of the legit e-cigarette brands would confidently disclose their contents to let you know what actually are you inhaling." - That's great, but it doesn't point out what those ingredients are doing to our bodies when heated to a high temperature and inhaled to our lungs. I personally believe it's better for me than smoking cigarette's as I feel my breathing has improved, as well as other bodily functions, but realistically, we have no idea what long term effects this is having on us.

"Nicotine though being an addictive aspect has a minimal effect on the human body" - Oh really?

"On the contrary, e-cigarettes are non carcinogenic and do not encompass any of these components." - Show me that study. Please. Be.comse I can show you what the other side is saying within 15 seconds of opening google and it's pasted all over my FB news feed daily. Now I question a lot of that study, as do a lot of people, but at least it's some form of evidence behind their claim. Just saying "e-cigs are non carcinogenic" doesn't make it a fact without providing any sort of evidence to back it up.

The reality is this: If you are a smoker, quit. If you need help quitting, there is a bunch of ways that can help you. Patches, gum, sprays, pills and now, vaping. But there is side effects with every way of quitting outside of cold turkey. Right now, the long term side effects of electronic cigarettes are unknown, so do so at your own risk. In the words of pbusardo, the safest way to vape is not to vape at all.

In the mean time, let's not pretend like we are doing ourselves favors by vaping. We just have a somewhat uneducated opinion we are .comsing LESS harm to our bodes than smoking traditional cigarettes.

I was nodding in agreement right up until..

    Wikipedia on Nicotine withdrawal

Based on that, I'd say there are fewer side effects to vaping (an adequate amount of nicotine). Sore throat from the PG, coughing from the decongestant nature of eJuice, heavy feeling chest from high VG. Ummm...

First of all thanks to left your feedback here but, I really want to say that there is no intention with this article to misguide any one about vaping ot electronic cigarette. It's not about electronic cigarette is bad or good but, actually It's describing what peolpe have myths related to electronic cigarette. It's always everybody's indivisual choice to go for vaping or not.
