Just started

I just started today and feel really lightheaded and hands are shaking and are short of breath
I used .75ml of my baker vapour cinnamon roll 24 mg 50/50 in 7 hours
I feel like death warmed up
Is this normal
I used to smoke about half a pack of 50gram rolling tobacco a day
Any help would be great

 

You shouldn't be feeling ill at all! Using less than 1ml of 24mg shouldn't be having that effect on you at all. In my experience, I was somewhat revolted by Mt Baker (I got the vanilla custard) and didn't have it in me to actually vape it, so I can't really comment. But try a different e liquid and don't give up. Please give more details and we may be able to help you out mate.

Cinnamon is not a good flavour to start with, I would put that one away if I was you, and try another flavour.

Beyond that I don't know. Your symptoms sound quite serious to me, I would have said maybe too much nicotine but .75ml over a day is not very much. Especially considering you smoke so much.

I hope someone else can help, but I would say stop what you are doing for now.

I'm still lightheaded my hands aren't shaking as much as before I stopped for 2 hours maybe withdrawal symptoms that's what my mate said to me
