Congrats guys Coming up on a year for me, couldn't be happier. That feeling when you run where like...you lungs aren't imploding! Oh, the joy. And all that extra free cash, stockpiles of liquids so ya never gotta worry about the nicotine fix (I'm almost 0 nicotine now), so much better ! Easily one of the best decisions I've made.

My only question is: did you cut the nic juice as well or did you keep with the same concentration since the beginning?

 

Well that is certainly a milestone. I remember when I quit, that is the thousandth time that I had tried, I was checking off the accomplishments by the hour and by the day, because I was a nervous wreck and did not think that I was going to make it. 6 months is pretty well up there, and I would have to say that you are well on your way to living that more healthy lifestyle that we all strive for but struggle with. Stay strong and congrats to you.

Congrats! I still smoke due to not having a brilliant vape but I am saving to get something better in the region of 100 pounds or so! Hopefully I can quit then as it does make me feel sluggish at times.

 

Congrats to you. Six months is certainly a milestone when it comes to quitting, and now it is just a matter of staying strong and staying healthy, which of course is a battle in itself. It takes a long of self-control and motivation and determination, and it seems like you are well on your way and you have all of these. Keep it up.

Vaping is a much healthier alternative to smoking, so I am sure that you will notice your general health improving now that you have managed to make that change in your life. I know that I started to notice the difference almost straightaway with the way that my breathing was easier and my stamina for exercise improved - so yes, I am sure that your change will be more than worth it in the long term for you!

I have about 3 cigarettes worth of tobacco left so, once it's gone, I plan on trying using my vape full time. Any advice on how to maintain the motivation as I always crawl back to cigarettes. Congrats on quitting aswell!
