newbie DIY question

First I apologize about naming a company in my last post I will not let it happen again.

If I purchase 50%PG and 50%VG with 12mg nicotine and add my own flavouring I would make it in 10ml bottles should I purchase a higher grade nicotine as I am adding the flavouring.

Short answer is Yes, but if your target nic strength is lower than 12mg, then no. Does that make sense ?

By adding flavouring, you are reducing the nic strength you started with. How much will depend on how much flavouring you add.
