Hi Guys n Gals...been trawling this great site now for a month or so and have finally joined up. My name's Tudor ( its true....!!! ;-) and have been a hard smoker for 30yrs. I sit in a car all day as Im a rep, so smokin kinda blends into what I do ( or did, I shud say ) Over a pack a day, more so when the drinks flow...thats up untill 2 weeks ago. Got a King size Halo ciggy lookin thingy and some bottles of nic to refill...awesome to start off but now need to get onto the real deal. The Mr's has had a gutful of me on google till the we hours every morning doing research on new products etc hence my registration and a brain full of unanswered questions. Ill leave that till a bit later and in the correct place. I have a good idea of what will suit the wife and I but look forward to some honest feedback and advice with u more experience ones out there.

Anyways...been cig free for a fortnight an have no desire to go back , the world smells like a different place !!! an Im lovin it...Chat soon.

Goodluck ian, i still went through the odd rough patch when i gave up, but all in all it was pretty easy to get off the smokes and while i didn't believe it when i started, after a few months i much prefferred vaping to smoking.

I actually had 1 smoke on the weekend, not sure why (been off them for 18 months but every 3 months or so have one when drinking), but the good thing is it only makes me realise that i prefer vaping and have absolutely no fear that if I have one, i will go back to smokes anymore, or crave another.

Do what I did go on nic lozenges for a year and half. That will make anybody love the ecig Oh yeah Hi and welcome.

 

Cheers. I should be Ok. Have the nic juice starting at 14mg and still no cravings and the flavours tried so far are so much better than cigs.
The only part I miss about the smokes is one hanging out my mouth while working in the shed and most of the time it was not even lit. Ego is a bit heavy for that.
As long as I have nic juice I will never go back and being able to vape while at work has given me some freedom back.
