well after 14 days i have got rid of that demon first cig in the morning will it last hope so , :highly_amused: i have updated to a mvp 2 its good and have a silo tank coming this week ohh the slippery slope has begun:surprise: i have to thank every one here for giving me incentive to keep at it when it was easy just to say stuff it

Just to point out one fantastic quality of vaping is the amount of variables
You can do such much to improve on the quality of your vape
Up the Nic, drop the Nic, vary the PG/VG ratios, change flavours, try new equipment, etc
You only ever had one option with the cigs

 

yer right bob i just put some vg into a mt barker doubler of thug juice i will give it a few days then try it lol also been looking at plume vales and tug boats and mrs gruffy my wallet loves me lol the wife gave up last year by taking chimp pax she said never again, they gave her nightmares i call them chimp pax couse i think you need to be a monkey to take them lol

 

Again well done frontier, top effort mate. The MVP upgrade is a good one as it's a very solid device and gives a good smooth vape.
And +1 to what Bob said, so much you can do to alter your vape, different juices with different nicotine levels and varying pg and vg levels.
When you get that nicotine juice , you can say a big f*ck off of big tobacco and cigarettes will be a thing of the past...enjoy your journey into vaping mate.

 

Are you using any Nic yet?

 

no just mixed them together, will be looking to buy some nic this week i seem to be chopping and changing between vapes with nic and vapes without

 

The thing I find Nic helps me with is throat hit most of all
The best way to describe it is comparing it to low alcohol beer, I can enjoy it but feel there's something there that's missing with regards to satisfying me
Your doing well, 1 year in and I can't seem to drop my Nic lower than 18mg, even then I need some 25mg close at hand

 

i am finding that menthol gives a good throat kick similar to nic
