Another newbie, after smoking for more than 35 years its hard to believe I can say I like something in preference to the smokes. I’ve been vaping full time for a month after doing a bit of both for a month prior to that, the final smoke came when I felt crook with the head spins.

If there is a problem at the moment none of the flavours I vape seem to have the flavour they did just a few days ago, I’m hoping this will pass.

The journey on the vaping trail has only just begun and I’m hoping to be a smoke free zone for years to come.

The problem with the taste seems to be the coils, new coils soooooo much better taste.

I had smoked for 30 years and in the past have tried patches, gum, cold turkey and champix ........... I'd resigned myself to being a smoker. The thing is, I liked smoking and didn't actually care about the health side of things but really resented the $$$$$. Last month at the tobacconist another customer in there told me about the e-cigs she'd been using and how she'd given up in three days. Not that I doubted her but I was highly sceptical it would work for me but decided that for the price of a couple of packs of cigarettes it couldn't hurt ......... the rest is history.

Long time lurker of the forums and finally decided to join up. So I'm relatively new to vaping only been vaping for 4 months and haven't looked back. Absolutely love it. Started off on the ego with tank and then upgraded to a vamo v3 with iclear 30s. I've tried everything under the sun to quit smoking and this has so far been the longest time without the cravings. No turning back now. I'm just getting my head around the lingo. My favourite liquid at the moment is David off absolutely love it. Can't wait to get I to RDA and RBA just for a new challenge.

 

Hi all ....I'm a newbie vaper n luving it!!! 5 weeks today I had my last cigarette n my first vape. Never thought I'd ever b able to give up the ciggies even though i had tried many times over the years....I am vamping nicotine eliquids but the changes we've noticed have been amazing hubby started the same day ..so we on the same journey really enjoy reading the forums, some really helpful info here plus get a giggle or two...cheers

Newish to vaping (coming up to 3 months) and already cussing at packs of smokers (somehow have this amnesia convincing me I wasn't one of them not that long ago)

Long time lurker, stalking very informative posts but realised down the line I probably would probably need to ask questions etc etc

but mainly joined this forum in search of the elusive western sydney vapor... has anyone seen them in the wild? and if there are sydney vape meets or western sydney vape meets at all?

I'm in the west, Quakers Hill , I tried sending Quakers Inn a email asking them but they never responded back, Might have to call.

Hey folks,

New to the forums and relatively new to Vaping. I did give it a try a few years ago with Cigalikes but didn't stick with it. I have spent a small fortune in starter kit and batteries and various other accessories. One thing I find is the nic juice, no matter what flavor they all seem to taste sweet, sickly sweet. I find it off putting!

Is it possible to mix up juice to taste exactly like JPS blue or Winfield? IE without the sickly sweet taste to it?

Appreciate any help you can give.
