Hello! I'm from the Gold Coast, Qld (near-ish to Burleigh). Bought some gear & nic juice and vaped about 3-4 years ago. Didn't do much for me, so went back to cigs, but want to give it another go. Cigs are now way too expensive, so I got the gear out and do the odd vape - but it's still not floating my boat. My equipment is likely way out of date these days (Ego-T). I didn't understand much when it was more simple back then, but now all the options are getting so complicated. I don't often learn well by reading (depends what I'm reading). Not completely daft, but I'm better with someone showing me and/or letting me ask questions (hence joining here). Hoping I can learn more so that I can get a setup that works for me.

 

Hi byronss and welcome to the forum. Here's a question are you using nic in your juice??? If you're not then you may need to purchase some from os and start using doublers. Another couple of options is to start making your own juices, or buying premade flavors containing nic from os.

 

Hey byronss welcome toi avf your in a really good position being on gc as we have one of the only brick and morter ecig shop in qld. Have a look at Electronic Cigarettes canada E-Liquid Vaping Cobra he is in nerang and Charlie the owner is awesome and very knowledgeable. Otherwise im based on gc and would be more than happy to go through it face to face with u and show u the ropes

Sounds like you may need some nicotine in your juice, it is illegal to sell e-juice containing nicotine in canada so you either have to import unflavoured liquid nicotine and mix with canadan doublers from places like vapeking, juice factory, juice whore or vaping cobra and add in your own nicotine or purchase premixed juice from overseas.

There are endless options from OS just do a google or search the forum in the e-juice section. Yaeliq is super cheap for large quantities and might be good to get started if you know what flavour you want to try. There is always fast tech with their chinese juices, some people love them some people hate them but they are dirt cheap. Most common seems to be Mt Baker Vapor. Having nic in your juice will make a massive difference to your vaping experience
