Again with the anti-Chinese sentiment, I'm surprised you didn't throw out the line about Chinese juice containing toxins this time, Jeff.

The majority of USA nicotine comes from China, in fact the majority of the world's nicotine, used in vaping, comes from Asian countries.
The only REAL difference in Chinese juice & USA made juice is in the flavoring. Chinese juice is generally made with less flavor concentrate than USA made juice & a lot of USA made juice has added sweeteners.

Sorry I know this is the welcome thread but I couldn't sit back & allow an entire country be maligned, by a member that has posted anti-Chinese propaganda time & again.

really nic is only 1.8% of the ejuice the other 98.2% is vg/pg.flavouring, If your buying from the USA/CANADA/EUROPE they are not using crappy Chinese flavourings,PG/VG. They aren't mass produced, they are made by people who actually care about what they are putting into the end product.
Nic now comes from numerous countries also not just China. Same old China ejuice war, different day. Merry Christmas

Hi all. I've been skulking about here for a few weeks, getting some info mostly. I actually signed up to post a couple days ago, then life happened and I'm just getting around to my first intro post. My real name is Robbie, but since I'm a female, that name really throws people off, so calling me Button is just fine. I've had that nic since Al Gore invented the internet anyway, so I'm used to it. I'm from the US, but I married an canuk and I've been living in South canada for just about 10 years now. My mom threw me a curve ball back in October. She told me that she had quit smoking after 50 years and took up "vaping", and encouraged me to give it a try. I had been a smoker for 38 years myself, and I honestly thought it was illegal here, but I looked into it a bit and found out the that even though the regulations were insane, vaping here was indeed "do-able". I ordered a Joyetech 501-T kit from here in canada and some nicotine juice from canada. My order arrived quicker than I thought, and I still had most of a carton of cigarettes left, so I vaped and smoked for the first couple of weeks. I found myself vaping more than smoking, and there at the "end" found myself forcing myself to smoke just to finish up the darn things. I haven't had, nor wanted, a cigarette since November 22nd. I've upgraded to some decent batteries (Evod 1100's I think they are) and I'm looking into other gadgets (.comse lord knows I love gadgets) to make my vaping experience even better. Christmas has delayed my plans for upgrades, but now that the season is winding down, I'll have more time, energy and money to experiment with.

I'm glad I found this forum. It's helped me more than anything else to try and figure out what vaping is all about. It can be complicated business for the newbie. I find the rewards are worth the effort though. I've stopped wheezing, my smokers cough has all but disappeared, and I can smell things again. My taste is a little slower about returning, but all in good time I reckon. My husband is a non smoker, and he's absolutely thrilled with vaping! I did (vaguely) try patches a few years back, but that was a joke. I really had no desire to quit smoking. The way I look at it, I haven't quit. I've just found a safer alternative. Cheers folks! 1100 eGo/Evod batteries have been a mainstay for me since I started vaping, despite the mods I've embraced and rejected over the last year and a half.

Thanks for all the welcomes!! Once I started vaping and talking about it at work, I was surprised at how many of my workmates and/or their spouses were vaping.
