Vapeking just received new stock of the HCigar Stingray Mod (Brushed), so I went and snagged it!
Plus Efest LUC V2 charger and some grease to maintain the threads...

Ps. Was going to cancel the FT order of the Stingray mod (not sure who makes this clone?) but I'm trusting HCigar to have the better clone.. Either way one of them will be up for sale if anyone wants it without the painful wait!

 

Efest LUC V2 are no good mate, They overcharge your batteries which if nothing else reduces there lifespan. I wanted it too for the fancy digital screen but decided against it when i saw a thorough breakdown of how it performed.

Should I stick to the Nitecores?

 

OK poor Brian from Vapeking must be sick of me already, but I am giving him business!

I changed the order from the Stingray to the Origin SS mod. I'm just not a fan of polished tubes (no pun intended).
Figured I will wait for the FT Stingray which is brushed. Note VK sell the polished version if you prefer that finish!

Also swapped my Efest over to a Nitecore i4 charger.. Hope I made the right decisions!

 

The Nitecores work well without any issues, there may be better charges out there but i know the nitecore i2 is reliable.

Sorry i misread guys! Its the luc v4 that has issues, im not sure about the v2 but i can post the review of the v4 so you can see what im taking about. Test/Review of Charger Efest LUC V4 | BudgetLightForum.com - it was this review that put me off the LUC charges to begin with.

 

Ah fair enough. I will sort out reviews but yeah the fancy LCD screen is what won me over as well the car charger that it came with!

Not sure if VK swapped out my Efest for a Nitecore, but all good either way if I receive the Efest.
