looks like i just got off cheaply then ... lol. a smok gripper on it's own wouldn't weigh any more than what i ordered.

 

There are two grippers. One is the little stealth one for $10 and the other is the regular gripper which is bigger and more. I put the little one plus an extension and the postage was 6.95 as well.

Hahahahaaa! On the bike forum I belonged to I made a list of all the bling (not really bling - just very small mods like seat cowl etc) for my lil' ole bike. For the simple reason that they were nothing compared to what people had done to theirs LOL No rebuilt suspension, no airbox modding, no titanium sprockets etc etc etc. Was a pisser. Just things like sparkles gems added to my side reflectors, stuff like that. And my favourite? This, applied from the day I got her:
