No problems with the rocker at all.

You'd be silly to go with anything other than the flat 510 and flat bottom cap.

 

I chucked myself on the list for the Moon G3 (push button version). No idea if they'll actually ship out here (NGP site didn't say), but hey - it's worth a shot. Worst they can say is "we don't ship there". I've wanted a Moon G(something) for AGES.

 

The reviews arent the best for the Futura. It looks like a quality build though. Just vaping at 4v minimum puts me off. I hardly ever vape that high.

I know of 5-7 who had theirs sent back with the rocker button not moving the voltage up at all, could only move it down.

Only to have it admitted by the modder they resolved the issue in the most recently sent models.

So we find out that they've shipped items with comlts.

We find out they have claimed items have been shipped yet no tracking notification which suggests to me they haven't shipped,

So they are either madly trying to fix the problems or are shipping out (or have shipped out) dodgy products.

I'm pleased to hear yours is great and functional but for the vast majority of people they simply are not, regardless of top or bottom cap.

Just like the wizard evolved titanium weight, aluminium is a light material, so your center of gravity is always going to be difficult to control.

For example really heavy atomizers will comse stability issues with the wizard and futura. Things like your taifun gt's, your kayfuns, etc.

I relaly really really wanted the futura to succeed, I bought one, 22mm tube mod with adjustable center pin and dna, yes please.

But now, Its the billet Box for diver v2,the swabian for 22mm tube heavy mods, the wizards apprentice evolved for 21mm heavy atties becomse of the center of gravity, the wizard evolved for 20mm or less drippers or light ittanium atties.

Soon the Elevated DNA30 will be announced, and Jermit (vaping gadget aka assets and elemental atty amongst other things) is releasing a DNA20 22mm mod for approximately 280comD, SS or Brass (prototyping at the moment)

Only Proto Pictures, hes going for nice clean lines and a switch like the barong, lgt and assets which are all great switches imo.

Note this is with hte elemental attached in hybrid mode, not 510. Its split tube much like tempest, chi you, nemesis. I have the elemental great atty, hybrid is just a bonus, this is a 22mm mod with 510 floating /adjustable as standard.

So my order for the Futura, which jon had assured me had shipped last week on Thursday/Friday has not arrived - so I emailed Jon again and he just told me he does not have it marked down as shipped, in fact he just made it today and should ship tomorrow. This is a joke of a company to deal with. Be warned guys; if you are picking up a Nexgen Futura you are in for a ride that is certainly not worth being on.

 

Think about canceling the order if possible bro, sometimes its just not worth the headache dealing with some companies.

 

I had thoughts about canceling it this week before i heard that it had shipped. Once i heard that it had shipped i thought well there is not going back now. But to now be told it hadent even shipped is just ridiculous. I gave a rant on their main forum and ended up getting an apology email a few moments ago.
