    Hi All,

Been Vaping 4 months now. Used to be very heavy smoker and always smoked strongest tobacco I could get (Winnie Reds, White Ox etc)

The only thing which got me off smokes was 0.2 ohm Herakles with 15 mg juice. I was vaping 10 plus Mls a day.

After few months got down to 0.5 ohm coils with Kanger mini still 15 mg juice but levelled off to vaping 6 Mls a day so total nic consumption was 90 mg per day.

I've just started stepping down. Mixed up month supply (well what I thought would be month supply) at 12 mg.

I'm in 4 days and vaping up a storm - 10 to 12 Mls a day again - at least I'm with 0.5 ohm coils still although I feel like ripping out the Herakles 0.2 ohm again.

That means even though I've stepped down nic level in juice from 15mg to 12mg my daily nic consumption has actually increased from 90mg to at least 120mg (10 mls X 12 mg)

Any advise was this ? Should I step back up to 15Mg ? hoping it will level out with time as it did when I first started vaping.

    Cheers, Jeff

(Current Mix - Capella V2 custard flavour at 6% from Juice Factory - single flavour only which suits me - USP 70vg 30pg from Wicked wire - and 12 mg of nic from Myfreedomsmokes)

(Current Hardware - Kanger Mini with 0.5 ohm verticel kanthanl coil on a IPV-D2)

Gday Jeffro dont be in a hurry to cut back on the nic if you were a heavy smoker i was the same
neally 3 years and still vape 30 mg but im not chasing clouds either i use 1.5 ohm coils and 80pg/20vg flavourless
its just for the nic hit for me to stay of the stinkies

Cheers, I'm already getting the nic bottle out ! No need to rush as you said.

Ps I stole your quit calculator - cool, I didn't realise how much I had saved :)

do it in your own time. your body will let you know when it's time to reduce the nic.
