I'm using the Pheonix style carto at the moment with them and they are a bottom coil jobby and very well behaved. No spitting. But I do think your premise is correct. It should (repeat should) keep the hot drop from reaching directly you unless you really drag the bajinga out of the carto.

 

Oh. BTW - I got a black and white one and a red swirly one. For those who don't understand what I'm talking about, make of it what you will :lol:

Also won a Delta9vapes Persei chrome kit! 601 native big battery mod with alternative uses (and adapters for 510 uses) has a double head so I could run 2 attys/cartos in tandem.

 

It was using the V1. The V2 are better in a few ways. They have the sleeve and the screw is now made of hardened steel. They do make spare screws, MB just doesn't put them up on the website for sale. I did ask him about them and they he said he would send me one. I told him not to bother as I would wait for the V2 screws. I since haven't asked as the rotary tool does the job and I've moved on to rebuildable atomisers now.

Always wanted to try an RTA, but have never bothered due to the fact that you normally need to find a thread/forum and join a list of 500 to order.

I just spotted these Orb clearomizers at VK. Have you received and tried them out yet? Wondering if they are any good or just the same as the others.

 

Didnt make it to July deadline! Decided to try some additional tanks, after some searching for cheaper tanks (not in the $40 range). The triple V comes highly recommended.

After emailing Ray he set up shipping to Australia, so i assume ill be first one to have a Triple V tank (or two)

Tim at EcigModShop found 15 more 3-hole 2.5 ohm cartos so I snapped them all up before they disappeared again. And bought the XTAR W2 charger. The other one I bought was not quite DOA but close. I'm sending it back for a refund. Meanwhile though, the other one can be on it's way to me.
