I see, anyway, there won't be too much left for him to smoke in short time, as a person who smokes about 100 cigarettes a day already, clearly has not many days left to live, you don't have to be a doctor to tell that. Also the tolerance to nicotine is being built no matter the person, but most of us found ourselves in the situation where our body would simply not work with more than a strict number of cigarettes per day, that's why we never went up to those numbers, and some people never will, that and the fact that it probably costs a fortune.

100 cigarettes is just insane. Some people just have insane bodies that are able to process the cigarette toxins in ways others can't. You always hear about the grandma that smokes a pack a day for there whole lives and is healthy.

    Interesting in a medical way.
But to see it as in smoking level is a bit much. Nicotine is some ways good but still if you smoke a pack a day it is still bad!

Yeah, the problem is that everyone seems to be interested only in grandma's case and not in grandpa's which died because of lung cancer provoked by cigarettes. Everyone is paying attention only to those exceptions, and if you put those exceptions in the statistics you suddenly realize how they are only 5% or even less.
