I wаs nеvеr а sеriоus smоkеr, I smоkеd оссаsiоnаlly sinсе I wаs 14 in strеssful pеriоds еtс but thеn whеn I stаrtеd mоrе frеquеntly I didn't likе thе idеа sо just bеgаnvаping.

I personally used to buy one box daily and took a minimum of 4 hits to calm myself, it is something that I finally stopped smoking and switched to vaping, now it takes me more than four hits to calm my cravings, it is something weird.

 

It usually takes around 8 hits to calm my cravings for cigarrets. I used to be a heavy smoker so this may be why it takes so many hits.

 

About 4-5 puffs it is enough to make me go through another 40-60 minutes. However I use a 12mg nicotine liquid, so I can't say for sure that is a rule, I guess it depends on how much nicotine you got in your liquid, after that you can make an average of how many shots of that you need to ease a craving.

 

It depends on the nicotine concentration in the juice I'm using. I think I over do it though. If I start puffing I'll probably take at least 10+ puffs. More for the entertainment of looking at the large vapor clouds.

 

I take about 6 or so hits to ease the tension. I never smoked cigarettes though only hookah/shisha. This only happens when I'm stressed though, otherwise I just use it to wind down for the day.

 

For me, it's 3 or 4 hits. Well, I have left cigars completely and I don't take cigars anymore and I experience almost no cravings. So, 3 hits are enough for me.

 

Really dude? 6 hits? Are you addicted to cigars? Well, people use vaping devices as a tool to leave cigars. You should also try to get rid off cigars.

 

Back when I was just starting into vaping, and as a smoker for a few years, I was having at least 3-5 hits per session of vaping. I would also vape as frequently as possible, when the cravings set in, after eating, before eating or just when I'm stressed out. As time passed by, I reduced my nicotine content in vaping and as well as my hits per session. Right now, I vape nicotine free and can have 2-3 hits per session, only with flavours.

I don't vape on high voltage though, just low/medium. I probably have 2-3 drops of juice in the tank as well. That can last me for a while, maybe half the day. If not, it's easy anyway to put in some more juice, it's not much of a problem.

 

I would usually take around 6 hits for me to ease my cigarette craving. Not many puffs as I rarely smoked back in my days haha!

 

Initially I ripped deep, I got some lungs on me so the cigs had me pretty tight. I think I would just go for as long as it took for me to feel cool, be it 5 or 10. More when I drank, less sober or at work, etc. Then I tapered off and it was all cool, I can go a month without vaping, just a hobby now.
