I think this is all pretty reasonable. It seems like they were more trying to curb young people getting into vaping than anything else and it seems like big tobacco didn't have their money all over it. I think it's a good idea to have these kind of regulations in place. It helps protect us as consumers and helps protect the people making the juices and selling the hardware. All in all I think this is a pretty good step forward and I hope more States adopt this kind of rational attitude towards vaping and the industry as a whole.

These regulations sound pretty reasonable. I certainly don't have an issue with anything listed here, though I do think some other areas have been a bit extreme. I've heard of a few places trying to ban it on any public property, including outside at places like parks. I really do not think there is any reason to ban vaping anywhere outside since it is not harmful. I'm glad to see that Washington is taking a moderate and fair approach to regulation.

I think that it's reasonable to ban vaping on public property. I, myself, do not vape (am here to see hear new opinions) - but I think that it sets a bad example for children. Like all things, I think that everything should be moderated within reason. As a bartender, I will say that it is very awful when people vape at the bar. Not only does some of it smell terrible, but it's a little disrespectful to the people around (because some let off too much smoke).

For sure, I was just reading this http://dailycaller.com/2016/03/31/vermont-votes-to-drop-92-percent-e-cigarette-tax-bombshell/, talk about fricking unreasonable! You would think they would encourage people to quit smoking in anyway possible as opposed to having a knee jerk reaction to anything that looks like cigarette smoke coming out of people's mouths.

That was a informational article! Thanks! I also think that's insanely rediclous.
