What are your tips for keeping yourself hydrated? I like coconut water as it keeps my electrolytes balanced as well. I've learned that headaches too, can be a sign of dehydration.

For me, I just have my own water jug with me. I bring it whenever we would travel and fill it with water. At home, I try to drink at least two full water jugs a day. I also drink fruit juices which my aunt loves to make. We have plenty of mangoes and coconut in here so we get those free. My aunt makes them into fruit juices or shakes. It's very refreshing especially now that it's summer in here.

When I'm vaping, I try to drink more water than usual. I drink at least a glass before vaping and then another one after.

I drink a lot of water, over a gallon a day. I'm a strong believer that you don't need a bunch of fancy drinks with anything in them, you just need the right amount of water intake compared to your weight and height.

You should get one of those baby diarrhea electrolyte drinks. They are very, very expensive for the small amount but they do a fantastic job hydrating you almost instantly. Just be careful not to drink a lot or else you will be going to the bathroom rather unexpectedly...

I either buy carbonated water or drink tea without sugar. Sometimes I make lemon flavored water, I believe it's very healthy and keeps my hydrated. Just remember to filter tap water!

I started drinking infused water again, I used to drink it a few years ago but got too lazy to make it. I tried it again and my boyfriend loved it, we do not buy soda anymore because we just drink mason jars of it at least 3 times a day.
I would recommend that to anyone who wants to increase their water uptake, plus you can customize it according to your tastes. Infused water basically means you add various fruits, herbs and in some cases vegetables to your water to add flavour and more nutrients. My favorite (and cheapest) is lemon and cucumber. I put some lemon and cucumber slices in the water and leave it in the fridge, when I drink it, it tastes really good. I can also reuse the fruits once or twice.
The cucumber and lemon water helps with digestion too.

I drink lots of water, I can't tell you how much because I don't really keep track of how much I drink. A lot of people don't take in enough liquids and this can cause fatigue and headaches.

I see. I will follow your advice. Thank you! I'm just thinking, how about those ionized drinks that can be bought in convenient stores and groceries? Those sport drinks that says they have electrolytes, ions, etc.

I drink a lot of smoothies and water. I don't think I've had a problem being dehydrated in a very long time, but I am low use at this point. It is much easier for me to avoid the problems and issues because I have already tapered off.

Aloe Vera water can also help keeping your electrolytes well adjusted and keep you hydrated on the long run. Also, if you know you're about to go more than a few hours without water you could use some sea salt, dissolve it in water and the drink it, it will cause water retention which will keep you hydrated for a longer time. Otherwise, just make sure to drink a least a glass of water every hour and about a gallon per day.

I try to carry a water bottle with me everywhere—I find that accessibility helps me drink more. I keep a 1L bottle on my desk (I don't mind lukewarm water) so I can reach over for a drink whenever I want to, and I usually get through about 1-1.5 of those while at work.

Humans need water. Basically, humans are mostly water. So, it a vital thing to us. When I'm home, I drink like once or twice in an hour. When I'm out, I buy myself different drinks like once in 2 hours. I just feel kind of better when I'm doin' that.

While aloe water is cool and all, it is also important to let people know that it can turn you into the worst typa poop machine known to man in an instant depending upon what you've been eating throughout the day. If you end up with a weird blend of fats, acids and sugars, you will turn into a gas bubble from the aloe water and you will end up pooping rancid acid-fermented and everybody will know from the sound of gas blasting out of your body and echoing off the walls of the toilet bowl. Or so I've heard.

Coconut water tastes good, but it is kind of sweet so it can't really quench my thirst. I always keep a cup of water next to me and take sips from it whenever I feel that my mouth is getting dry. If you have water nearby, you drink more, but you also have to keep refilling the cup from time to time. When I go out, I just take a 500 ml bottle with me in case I get thirsty. Oh, and I also eat plenty of fruits during the day.

Anything you can get your hands on is good, when vaping, just try and avoid vaping without having anything to drink on hand. I know people who had stomach cramps and a dry mouth when doing so.

People sometimes will put of drinking water because they don't have it with them. It's a great idea having a bottle with you, it's surprising how much you really need liquids.

It never happened to me before, however there are lots of these kinds of combinations that makes you diuretic, I believe it is common sense for people to recognize those and try to not mix them up.

I personally hate the lack of taste in water, therefore to keep hydrated I drink 6+ cups of coffee. I know it's not ideal, but does the job.

Coconut drinks are not able to satisfy my thirst. I carry a large bottle with me to keep me well hydrated. In my opinion, nothing can satisfy your thirst more than plain water. You should drink at least 2-3 litres of water to keep your body hydrated.

When I'm feeling dehydrated, then just the plain bottled water usually does the job for me, even though that sounds a bit boring. I do understand why some people don't like the taste of bottled water though because, well...there isn't actually any taste there and it did take me a while to get used to that aswell.
