There are several news and stuff out there, but mostly it is just made up stuff.
And if you are looking at the "facts' on these articles, they are mostly totally side-looped.

I do not even get the food is not inhaled part, it still goes inside your body right?
If you do find it, please post the link, it sounds interesting. I wholeheartedly support vaping, because it has fewer disadvantages than smoking.

That is true, but we are talking about different systems with different organs that were made to perform different functions. Our digestive systems have enzymes that allows them to break down substances for absorption or to be eliminated as waste. It's not the fact that it is in our bodies, it is the means by which it goes into our bodies.

Our lungs do not have these enzymes; which makes them vulnerable when certain substances are inhaled. Here's research about why it is toxic when inhaled. These discoveries were made before vaping when workers from plants that made microwave popcorn started getting sick.

As promised, here is the study about second hand vapor.

Personally I believe that vaping devices are much healthier for one person and for the ones around, but it's not safe at all. Just being healthier than smoking, a habit from which one of two people dies, doesn't make me feel proud of vaping, I mean what's not healthier than smoking? I guess that even swallowing poison is a little healthier than smoking. Many fall into that trap, even adults think about letting their children try vaping because it's "healthier".

Vaping is much safer than original cigarettes. Not only one but many people have experienced the health benefits when they shifted their habits from smoking to vaping. Even if vaping is not 100 percent reliable but it is guaranteed that it is safer than cigarettes (at least) but there is an exceptions. Excessive vaping can be dangerous in my opinion. So, you should use it moderately.

This just shows that information isn't as important as you portray it. It's easy to get people all worked up about something if you can omit a part of it.

I'm sure some of the research is legit, but at the moment, it is clearly superior that real cigarettes. At the end of the day, it appears nothing is really good for us. It just depends on what we see as being the better alternative.

I think you have to be very careful when you're looking at research, because often you don't know where it's been done. Whenever I read anything about research that has been done, I always make sure that I know where it has been carried out, as I only ever really want to trust the research if it has been done by a proper institution. It is important to know what you're reading, because there is a chance that you could be making major decisions regarding your health, and clearly you don't want to be making those types of decisions unless you're completely sure about what you're doing.

The research is probably as reliable as you think it is. One of the guys replied that “you never know what to believe these days.” He has an interesting point. People use to watch T.V. And believe it for most part. But, the internet has opened people’s minds and now people are wondering if information is hidden or if information is true on television

There are a lot of sources of news, but anyone can build up a web page and put across their ideas as fact. Normally when they do a study they have to answer a question, if the question is badly structured the answer will not necessarily convey the full truth.

Well, studies that prove that vaping is safer are consistently more accurate. Here are some:
Then, here are some researches saying that vaping isn't safe:
Notice something? When it comes to researches about the harmful effects of vaping, they don't state the brand, manufacturer or any other details needed to prove their study. Whereas with studies that prove that vaping is safer, they provide full details of the experiment and the study. And that in itself is why we cannot trust all studies about vaping in the internet. We need to separate studies that are not worth looking into and those that are worth reading.

It really depends because some of these e cigs might be dangerous for you but just because they are of bad quaility but in reality they should be way way better than the average cigars because it's obvious once you research well enough you'll see the difference between the two exactly. You really have to be through the search to actually find some information to rely on. Keep on searching mate, you'll find eventually.

When I started vaping, I was actually quite concerned with how vaping would affect my health, so I looked around the internet a lot. After just a few articles, my head was spinning. There's a lot of people who claim it's just as bad, if not worse than cigarettes, and there's a lot of people who think its the cure to cancer. I'd suggest just going worth how it makes you feel. In my case, I feel much better overall, so I have decided that vaping is the way for me.

Thank you. And that does apply for any other "study" without a solid argument. Employing general terms and vague claims, they are as legit as a facebook post I say.
