Most parts sourced from "stearnsy" on ebay Link shipping was quite reasonable. He posted the next day, but USPS/Auspost took forever. OKR chip from illumination supply LINK And chi you top caps/510 from fasttech

i think i got stage 1 soldered, with much swearing etc and a distinct lack of prettiness

got the 510 soldered. the negative was the tricky bit. i stuck it in the oven a while and fluxed and it's good now

after killing 1 of 3 boards, i think i might downgrade the ambition levels to a duke clone, and if that doesn't work out: a parrellel mech lol

these chips really are small

 

i have forgiven it now

going to invest in 20G wire as the 18G was too chunky for the formfactor

Looks pretty neat from the outside DM! Did you heat shrink it before the photo on purpose?

didn't think of a photo until after, only one of the joins was really ugly

 

I don't have a twelve millimeter drill bit. I have an eleven and thinking I might just use that and file it out (for the button)

I need to get a vvvw at a decent price.. Mine both blew from fasttech! No way am I exchange... I need something that is inexpensive shipping quick to East coast USA... No way will I do fasttech unless it's resupply and done with a month to spare... There return policy is a nightmare in shipping from there to here.. I'll probably loose my mind waiting for anything else to get here... Seams just a change in an order is misplaced? First splits came fine 1 and 2... Broken vamo v5mod mods though... Then my Kayfun logged into the USA and disappeared from the system the dripper is next just got a Singapore post on tracking number but had not departed yet!
